DCBIA ANNUAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS GALA
Every Year, DCBIA attracts a thousand real estate professionals from the Washington DC area to its Annual Awards Dinner, where Building Industry Awards are presented to outstanding individuals and/or entities.
Covid has impacted all of us. In 2020 and 2021, we were forced to cancel our biggest fundraiser of the year both years! We held our first in-person networking major event during the pandemic on the rooftop of the new DC Water HQ on September 23, 2021.

GOLF CLASSIC
The DCBIA Golf Classic has been a sold out event since its inception. The tournament takes place at a prominent DC area golf course where players meet for good fun, challenging courses, and the best networking in DC real estate development. We pivoted during covid to hold our Golf Classic in spring versus fall in June 2020 and 2021 and this year the tournament will be held on July 11, 2022 at Woodmont Golf Course in Rockville, Maryland.
