Developers, general contractors, and construction companies are operating during unprecedented times. As the world begins to come out of the pandemic, the building industry is also experiencing labor and supply chain shortages, the effects of inflation causing increases in project costs,  changes to project size, and building complexity. Increased demand and funding for new development projects fill builders’ pipelines sparking a post-pandemic development rush. The urgency to complete projects is at an all-time high as people return to office buildings.
