To kick off this year’s forum, DC Government Leaders will present the State of the District, including latest updates on: 1. housing goals 2. investment opportunities; and 3. relief, recovery, growth opportunities for DC businesses. Additionally, John Sikaitis of Avison Young will present an overview of the commercial, retail, office, and multifamily markets followed by a moderated discussion between real estate capital markets experts led by Mitchell Shear on unique real estate investment trends, innovative funding paths, and capital investment in the age of COVID-19.
