June 15 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Join DCBIA's Construction & Development Committee on June 15, 2022, at 8:30 AM for its regular virtual committee meeting followed by a virtual presentation on "Reducing Your Risk While Building After the Pandemic” by Kevin Smith, Managing Director, The Graham Co. and Richard Johnson III, Producer, The Graham Co.

As the world begins to come out of the pandemic, the building industry is also experiencing labor and supply chain shortages, the effects of inflation causing increases in project costs,  changes to project size, and building complexity. The urgency to complete projects is at an all-time high as people return to office buildings.

The presentation will focus on what insurance coverage contractors and developers need to protect their businesses and their development projects.
