Introducing Talent to Opportunity
November 18, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Whether you are new to networking or are an experienced networker, the pandemic has made us all a bit rusty. In order to introduce diverse talent to greater opportunities in the DC real estate industry, you are invited to an in-person networking and career building session.
For early-in-your-career networkers, join us and receive pointers from seasoned real estate professionals. on how to network and how not to network and show you ways to maximize DCBIA’s wide range of industry professionals to advance your career. For experienced networkers and industry veteran, join us to meet an expanding pool of diverse talent, and potential future hires, reconnect with your peers and to refresh your pandemic-impacted networking chops.
The event includes a discussion with networking with light appetizers and drink.
The session is part of a series of seminars on mentoring, recruitment, and career development, hosted by the DCBIA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, co-chaired by Anitra Androh of Nelson Mullins and Lamont Bessicks of Lewis Real Estate Services.
“The value of networking is not measured by the number of people we meet but by the number of people we introduce to others.” – Simon Simek
