Join DCBIA on Thursday, June 29, 2023, beginning at 4:00 PM for a walking tour of two recently delivered Walter Reed Development residential projects, The Hartley and Common Clover.

Hines, Urban Atlantic, and Triden Development Group worked collaboratively with the District government to secure land and develop robust housing options with enriching amenity space on the previous Walter Reed Medical Center site in Takoma DC. The Hartley, a multifamily project anchored by retail grocery is the third new construction phase to break ground on the historic military medical campus site. Additionally, Common Clover is Washington D.C.’s largest purpose-built co-living building located at The Parks at Walter Reed.  Once complete, the 66-acre redevelopment of The Parks at Walter Reed will include over 3.1 million square feet of new construction and adaptive reuse of existing historic structures transforming the historic military medical campus.

The walking tour includes light food, drinks, and networking.
