DC Government efforts to expand the city’s Inclusionary Zoning program through two new pending programs (IZ Plus and IZ XL) are currently going through the Zoning Commission’s hearing process.

DCBIA members are invited to join DCBIA Housing Committee Co-Chairs Clint Mann, President of Urban Pace and Charles Warren, Principal of Teass \ Warren Architects to hear from Gene Bulmash, Inclusionary Zoning Program Manager of the Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) on the administration of the current IZ program. This meeting is an opportunity to hear about recent IZ program administrative updates and to provide feedback to DCHD (the agency that administers IZ), as the IZ expansion programs on the horizon.
