Vision

The Forum will convene the business, government, and nonprofit sectors to galvanize their leaders to ultimately develop and shape actionable items to achieve a more resilient, equitable, and prosperous future for the Metropolitan Washington Region. Through strategic collaboration, this year’s forum will explore opportunities that address two key threats: the housing crisis and the region’s impending decreasing commercial tax base.

ULI Washington and our partners invite YOU to compose and submit a 1-minute video or audio file describing the topic of a “CRED Talk” (Collaborative Regional Economic Development Talk) that you would like to deliver at the Forum.
