The Batley & La Cosecha Walking Tour

Join the DCBIA Commercial, Office and Retail Committee and the DCBIA Construction and Development Committee for a construction walking tour of Union Market’s newest residential and retail project – The Batley and La Cosecha!
The Batley is a newly constructed 432 unit Class A apartment community situated in the heart of the Union Market District. The community’s vintage modern twist offers studios, one, and two bedroom apartment homes with over 12,000 square feet of indoor & rooftop amenity spaces. The Batley sits above 28,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by the 20,000 square foot La Cosecha, Washington’s first contemporary market celebrating Latin American culture & conversation located in Union Market.
Representatives from Trammell Crow Residential and EDENS will lead DCBIA members on this construction tour.
Hard hats will be provided. Please wear closed toe shoes as the parts of the site are still under construction.
