OZMA Residential Hard Hat Construction Tour

On Thursday May 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM, join the DCBIA Housing Committee and Skanska for an in-person construction tour of the 12-story multifamily mixed-use residential development OZMA located in Northeast DC.

Financed and constructed by Skanska with leasing and property management by Bozzuto, OZMA is set to be completed in mid-2024, the project comprises 275 residential units, 7,700 square feet of retail space, and a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities including a solarium garden connected to a library lounge, meeting and workspaces, a fitness center with a flex studio, an art studio and gallery, a social bar, tranquility cabanas and a tea room with refreshment station. An expansive terrace equipped with a heated pool, grills, and firepits is also part of this construction project in the NoMa neighborhood.

This is a tour of an active construction site, exclusively for current DCBIA Housing Committee and current DCBIA members. Skanska representatives will provide a brief project overview and orientation before the tour begins. Due to limited space, advance registration is required.

Attendees will be asked to wear Full PPE. Vests, construction boots, long pants, hardhats, glasses and gloves are REQUIRED for this tour. Please note in the registration check out if you are able to bring your own PPE.
