Info Session: Legislation and Regulation Impacting DC Real Estate Development

In 2018, the Council of the District of Columbia and the Bowser Administration introduced or have implemented significant legislative and regulatory changes that impact the DC real estate development industry. At this session, DCBIA CEO Lisa Mallory will update members on DCBIA advocacy efforts. You will also hear from Janene Jackson, Partner at Holland & Knight, Jeff C. Utz, Director, Goulston & Storrs, and other DCBIA leaders about these changes. An interactive panel discussion will follow to outline what developers should watch out for in 2019.
