Join the DCBIA Young Leaders Committee on Thursday, October 14 for a Skyland Town Center project development tour in Ward 7.  With 18.5 elevated acres, Skyland Town Center is a hidden jewel in Washington, DC overlooking the best views in DC.

Located at the intersection of Alabama Avenue, Naylor Road, and Good Hope Road SE, Skyland Town Center’s first phase of 84,500 square feet of retail includes CVS Pharmacy, Roaming Rooster, Chase Bank, and The Crest at Skyland Town Center, a 263-unit building that was delivered in April 2021. The project’s second phase will include Lidl, a 29,000 square foot grocery store, its first in the District of Columbia, a drive-thru Starbucks, &Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Café, Maizal, and Mezeh. Upon completion, Skyland Town Center will have up to 156,000 square feet of retail and 450 to 500 residential apartments in a vibrant town square setting.
