July 29 @ 8:16 pm
DCBIA Summer Happy Hour & Silent Auction for Community Improvement Day
August 18 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

For over 30 years, DCBIA has united hundreds of real estate development industry professionals to volunteer and raise funds to renovate parks, outdoor spaces and recreation centers across Washington, DC. This year, our special “Legacy Refresh” brings us back to the East Capitol Urban Farm—a vital Ward 7 community asset originally built by DCBIA in 2015.
To fund this massive volunteer effort, the DCBIA Young Leaders Committee is actively hard at work collecting an incredible lineup of unique items and exclusive local experiences for our Second Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser!
Every single bid helps us reach our $75,000 fundraising goal to secure the resources, tools, and materials needed for our “low-impact, high-reward” site upgrades. From restoring the portable NGICP classroom and repairing site storage to refreshing the green infrastructure, rain gardens, and trail systems, your support ensures this urban farm thrives for another decade.
