WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6 | 4:00 PM TO 6:00 PM | BENNING TERRACE RECREATION CENTER | 4450 G STREET SE DC

Help us to reach our goal of $10,000 to provide toys and a meal to the 400+ residents of the Benning Terrace community and help make their holiday season a little brighter.

Many of you may know that DCBIA’s CEO, Lisa Mallory, is from Puerto Rico and her family and others are experiencing considerable devastation as a result of Hurricane Maria. As suggested by DCBIA’s President, Lynn Hackney, we are adding an additional option -“Care & Share at Home & Abroad” (because they are a part of US) – to collect contributions to get toys for children in Puerto Rico that have been impacted by Hurricane Maria and its aftermath. We will select several nonprofit organizations and work with them to deliver a bit of Felicidades.
