DCBIA Community Improvement Day 2025

DCBIA will host its 32nd Annual Community Improvement Day!

For over 30 years, DCBIA has made a significant impact on the community by uniting hundreds of real estate industry professionals to volunteer and raise funds to renovate parks and recreation centers across Washington, DC. This collaborative effort, led by teams of design and general contractor volunteers, commences in spring and culminates on one special day in the fall.

This year, we are focusing our efforts on Anacostia Park, near the Aquatic Resources Center, in partnership with Friends of Anacostia Park (FOAP) and in collaboration with the National Park Service and Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE).
