Phase 1 of the three-phased development project called the Park Chelsea at the Collective has completed — a 429 unit luxury apartment building located at 880 New Jersey Avenue, SE in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. Phase 2 of the project, the Agora, is underway and will add 334 rental units and a 39,000 square foot Whole Foods Market to the Capitol Riverfront in Q3 of 2017. The Garrett, the third and final phase of construction, will deliver an additional 375 residential units with co-work, social and recreational amenities and 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
Brad Fennell, Senior Vice President of WC Smith, the developer of the project, will discuss the project and lead a tour of the property.
Ed Wolynec, Chief of Investment of WC Smith will present the retail story at the Collective.
Michael Stevens, President of the Capitol Riverfront Business Improvement District will provide a retail update of this amazing neighborhood.
We will meet at the front entry of the Park Chelsea at the Collective.
