About the Venue:
Built in 1945, acquired in 2004 and redeveloped by Douglas Development in 2016, Uline Arena is an exciting venue in the NoMa neighborhood with 70,000 SF of retail with prime street frontage on three major streets and 174,000 SF of office space. Known as DC’s first trophy creative office building, Uline Arena is adjacent to the NoMa Red Line Metro, 3 blocks to Union Market, and 5 Blocks to Atlas District. Tenants include REI Flagship, La Colombe, Cycle Bar, and Spaces.
