Accolade Office-to-Residential Hard Hat Tour

On April 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM, join the DCBIA Housing Committee, the Young Leaders Committee, Clark Construction, CFP, and the Foulger-Pratt Development team for an in-person hard hat tour of the adaptive reuse development at 1425 New York Avenue NW.

Accolade, located at 1425 New York Avenue, NW is an office-to-residential conversion project that was the previous home to the Department of Justice and will feature a 280,000-square-foot tower with 243 luxury residential units, plus amenities including a central courtyard and rooftop lounge.

This is a tour of an active project site, exclusively for current DCBIA Housing Committee and Young Leader Committee members.

Due to limited space, advance registration is required. Attendees are required to wear full PPE including long pants, leather/ closed-toe boots (no heels, sandals, or sneakers), hard hats, reflective vests, safety glasses, and gloves to participate in the tour.
