Terry Beauford Named WC Smith CFO
Washington, D.C. (February 9, 2018) – WC Smith has named Terry Beauford Chief Financial Officer, recognizing the crucial role she has been playing at the company for many years, overseeing the accounting functions for the company, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the IT and Risk Management departments. Ms. Beauford started with WC Smith in 1986 at the Tremont Suite Hotels in Baltimore, where she served as the controller for 10 years. In 1996, she moved to the WC Smith corporate office as the Controller and with increased responsibilities overseeing the management of the hotels in Baltimore. In 1998, she took on additional responsibilities and hired Controllers to work with her to manage the Corporate, Property Management and Subsidiary accounting and finance processes.
