Elle Apartments – Office-to-Residential Project Tour

On June 25, 2024 at 3:00 PM, join the DCBIA, the Young Leaders Committee, and the Willco team for an in-person tour of the downtown office to residential mixed-use development at 20th & L Streets NW.

Elle Apartments at 1111 20th Street NW in the District’s Golden Triangle BID broke ground in 2022 on the site of the former Peace Corps headquarters at 20th and L Streets NW, and will feature 163 residential units across 185,000 square feet in the heart of Downtown DC.  This building originally built in 1965, will be adapted into an elevated residential experience. This will mark the first conversion and one of the first elevated experiences in the Golden Triangle.

This is a tour of an active project site, exclusively for current DCBIA Housing Committee and Young Leader Committee members.

Due to limited space, advance registration is required. Attendees will be asked to wear full PPE including long pants, leather/ closed-toe boots (no heels, sandals, or sneakers), hard hats, reflective vests and safety wear will be REQUIRED to participate in the tour. Please note when registering if you are able to bring your own PPE.
