AOBA and DCBIA invite you to a free, online two-part webinar series focusing on tools, resources, and information to assist you comply with BEPS Cycle I requirements.

Part I of the Series,  featuring Katie Bergfeld and Antonio Yaquian of the DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE),  will provide a quick review of the BEPS requirements with an emphasis on the upcoming April 1, 2023, deadline for pathway selection.  Katie and Antonio will also address specific areas of concern for compliance and how DOEE is addressing them.

Theresa Backhaus of the Building Innovation HUB will provide an overview of resources and tools for compliance.  Joining Theresa on the panel during Q&A are Patrick Winemiller (Constellation) and Chris Pendley (Steven Winter Associates). Questions submitted at registration will be addressed in Part I.

Joe Reilly (Akridge) and Luke Lanciano (Bernstein Management) will facilitate the panel discussion.

Part II (January 23) of the Series will be devoted entirely to Q&A from participants and will feature the same presenters, panelists, and facilitators from Part I.
