Join the DCBIA Young Leaders Committee on Thursday, October 13 for a walking tour of the NoMACNTR construction and development project in Northeast DC.
Located at 1005 First Street NE, NoMaCNTR includes a plan for 500 residential units, 40,000 square feet of retail space and a full-service hotel with 235 keys. The event includes a tour and presentation of this long-awaited mixed-use development project from the design, construction, and developer perspective with representatives from HKS, John Moriarty & Associates, and Four Points Development present for Q&A. Participants are welcomed to join the YL Committee for happy hour refreshments immediately follow the tour at a nearby brewery location (TBD).
