Join DCBIA virtually on Friday October 29th, to learn how to design and develop Net-Zero Energy buildings. DC has set the goal of being carbon neutral by 2050 and will be implementing a Net-Zero Energy building code to help get there. As a building industry, we have a lot to gain by getting ahead of these requirements and learning what it takes to successfully develop Net-Zero Energy Buildings. During this panel presentation we will hear from a project team on how they are getting it done.
The virtual session is part of the Building Innovation Hub’s fall “Reenergize DC” event series to bring the building industry together to face the challenge of recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic as a united community and to challenge all disciplines of the building industry to take this opportunity to create a more equitable, healthy, and energy efficient built environment for the District. While recovery will be challenging, our industry is critical to the economic, social, and environmental success of the District.
