As a national leader in addressing climate change, the District of Columbia has enacted the “nation’s most ambitious climate law”, the Energy Performance Standards (BEPS).

Join this session to learn how this changes the development landscape in DC, and the smart, savvy and affordable strategies and technologies leading developers, architects and engineers are incorporating into their projects to meet current standards and future-proof.  The session will also cover what financial and structural resources are currently available and being contemplated and investigated by the government and private sector.
