DCBIA Young Leader’s Exclusive Committee Tour and Presentation

Join DCBIA Young Leader’s Committee and the design team of Perkins+Will for a presentation on the WELL Building Standard™. The presentation and tour of the 8,500 square foot American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) headquarters will explore how the WELL certified design process improves the overall workplace environment of staff by incorporating health, wellness and sustainability as a central philosophy.
Members will receive an overview of WELL Building Standard rating system and requirements, as well as learn about the implications of design strategies for health & wellness in the workplace. As key contributors to the ASID HQ project, the presenters will share observations and lessons learned and lead a tour of the building immediately following the presentation.
